Mike took my information and was very professional, detailed and courteous. Very impressed as he explained everything very clearly as I had never utilized this service before. Church's transportation was also very prompt in calling me upon scheduled pick up and estimated delivery time. He called me upon pick up gave very detailed info about the care with all noted blemishes and condition of the car. He was also very communicative of travel time and drop off details for the car. I was very impressed throughout the process. He stayed in contact with me and we worked out the delivery time. The delivery service then walked me around the car for inspection upon delivery and explained everything he noted. Very organized and professional. I must say I was somewhat surprised how smoothly and professionally the service was provided. In other words the experience was went beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a car transported.
