Customer service was outstanding and did an exceptional job of transporting my vehicle. The only concern I had was the lack of credit card payment as an option and the fact that I wasn't notified about this. I went out of town and had my mother in law pick up the vehicle but it became a hassle because she only had my credit card available. I was told the earliest my vehicle would arrive was on Friday however, it came late Thursday night when all the banks were closed so I could not provide immediate payment. The driver explained he would take the car back with him and then I would owe another $800 dollars to get the car back. This did not make any sense to me. Overall, Customer service was great but majority of customer's pay with c.c so I feel that needs to be an option.
