This was the first time I ever needed to ship a car and it was surprisingly easy. Of the most well reviewed companies, Direct Auto Express offered the cheapest quote - 950 to ship my car from California to New Jersey. I was very impressed that a few hours after I placed the order, I received a call letting me know that my car would be picked up the next morning. Even though my car was shipped cross country in winter, it arrived in 7 days. When I wasn''t available to receive it upon delivery, the Pioneer Auto dispatcher was very helpful in informing me about where my car would be stored. My one complaint is that the driver didn't seem to speak english very well and when he called me regarding the delivery I couldn't understand him. A dispatcher called me the next day to clear things up, but I was a little concerned that I hadn't understood what the driver was trying to tell me. Otherwise, I was very pleased.
