Choosing a transport company was the most difficult step for me. I had gone out and googled for auto transport companies and Direct Express Auto Transport was one of the first ones to come up. They had a very easy to use quoting page on their website and I got a favorable quote right away. The next day I went to a website where you can request quotes from what turned out to be just short of a billion or so transport companies. I was inundated with solicitations and quotes. I followed through with a handful of them and most did not come even close to what Direct Express was offering in terms of price and promptness of delivery. In the end I went with Direct Express and I'm glad I did. Their communication was pretty good - they told me what to expect up front and they followed through. There were a couple days of waiting without any communications as to what was happening but on the 3rd day I got the email that a hauler was found and the rest went very well. The hauler, Avni, had a very thick accent and was pretty difficult to understand over the phone. But once we were face to face he was easier to communicate with. He was very polite, professional, and hard working. My car arrived in California on time and without incident. It was a pretty smooth transaction and I would trust Direct Express again to transport my vehicle.
