We loved Direct Express Auto Transport. We've never used this service before, so we had a little bit of trepidation- however, this company was so helpful, prompt, and knowledgable that it took our fears away. I ordered the transport right before our move, and I had to change the date, and they did it with ease. The company that came to pick up our car called us the day before picking up the car, which was so helpful. The driver, Ron, was kind and explained in detail what he was doing and how secure our car was. I was also able to call the driver mid-week to get an idea of when to expect him. He got the car to us a day early, which was awesome! Great service- we would definitely use it again.
