Fantastic experience from the get go!!! Fast, online quote, and $300 cheaper than the lowest quote I was given (which I shopped around for awhile).
Once I submitted my information and small deposit, it was almost immediate that I was contacted and pick-up times/dates were scheduled (which was the same day as I said the car would be available).
Leon, the driver, was AWESOME!!! Very professional, in person and on phone, and was actually a little early which is hard to do on a weekday battling horrific rush hour traffic! Picked up the car no problem and off it went. My son, a Marine stationed on the East Coast, called Leon to get an idea of a delivery date and Leon was awesome with him too. Took just about 7 days to go from coast to coast with not a scratch or any issue.
To say I'm thrilled, is an understatement, as I was so worried about the whole process .... after reading horror stories on the internet about shipping cars. I would definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone and would definitely use them again if I needed a transport company.
