I was very pleased with Direct Express from start to finish. I had never shipped a car before so I found their website extremely useful. They clearly explained the process with information ranging from general information about how the shipping works to specifics about their service, timelines, and so forth.
I got a quote from only one other firm. That price was quite a bit more expensive than Direct Express. Beyond that, however, they were less forthcoming on their website about how their process worked.
The driver was very communicative as to when he would pick up the car and when he would drop it off. Also, he was flexible when I asked for a late afternoon pickup he assured me that was no problem, and he arrived when he said he would.
As I said, I only checked one other price so I don't really know how my cost compares to what else was available in the market but I don't know how the service could have been any better.
