Damaged wheel and won't reinburse on 70K car

They were fast getting to my car but that's it and it falls apart afterwards.
Driver picked up my Hellcat Challenger and signed a vehicle condition report that stated my car was in new condition and then delivered it to me with a badly marred and damaged wheel.

Driver told me it wasn't his fault even though it wasn't there when he picked it up. STRANGE.

I contacted Mike owner of Direct Express and he just blows me OFF with he needs evidence and pics prior to pick up and blah blah blah, I can tell hes not going to pay a cent, so

If you value your ride STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER I PROMISE HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER WHEN IT COMES TO A CLAIM...I KNOW THIS 1ST HAND.
