Very smooth transport

I must tell you....I don't usually write reviews. I expect all companies to provide excellent service so I never bother unless there is a problem. However, I have to say that the service was great. I have been looking for a credible auto transport for my 2005 Mustang for months since moving from Delaware to Miami. I wasn't in a rush to get my car so I took the time to do the research. Most moving companies are scam artists that I have read either don't pick up your car or do not refund your money if there is an issue. In saying that I was very weary.

I was sent a quote from a friend for Direct Express that was very reasonable ($534 as opposed to ~700 with other companies). Immediately, I thought it was too good to be true so I went to the BBB website to read reviews. Some were awful (ranged from 2012 and below) and the company was not credited so I was about to pass. I checked some other sites for more recent reviews and they all looked good so I gave them a call. The woman I spoke to was nice and knew her stuff. I had a lot of questions but she was patient and took her time. They took a deposit and told me that someone would contact me within the next 3 days when the truck was booked to pick up my car. This made me nervous. However, someone did contact me. The guy I spoke to was really nice! He told me someone would be there on Wednesday to get the car early afternoon. He actually got there that evening but traffic in the tri-state is a monster and they kept me updated throughout so no biggie.

My car got dropped of 3 days later right to my doorstep. One day earlier than what they told me. Overall the service was great and restored my faith in transport companies. My only gripe is that they don't do motorcycle transport, I would use them for that if they did. Great job guys!
