Direct Auto Transport was quick and knowledgeable. I was given a date and a name of the company that was going to pick up my car, however the day before pick up i received an email saying that the company cancelled and they were trying to find me a new truck. I called and spoke to Direct Auto Transport and they told me they were working on getting me a new truck and I then I had a follow up call the next day and they informed me they found me a new truck. The truck drivers name was Alex and he was GREAT!!! Everything happens for a reason, and i truly believe i didnt get the first truck because Alex and his brother truly are hard workers and understand customer service. I had my range rover shipped from CA to MD and I called and spoke to Alex 3 or 4 times and he was very welcoming, understanding and attentive. He gave me very good approximations of ETA. Because Alex made it so easy I want to ship another car. I had the car shipped enclosed and it was def. worth it because there was a storm and my car came back clean just as I had given it to Alex. Thank you Alex for your hard work and customer service.
