Overall it was a very good experience. I shipped a car from California to Illinois. I was given a one week window for pickup but it was picked up really fast within 2-3 days. Customer service was good. Delivery was also on time, just after 4 days. The car was a little bit dirty but in perfect condition. Price was also reasonable compared to other services. I would definitely recommend them and would use their service in the future.
