They FAILED !!

They were almost the lowest bidder so I verified many times that the rate was firm. Absolutely zero follow up! They never called me.... I had to call several times begging to get a status. They only said "it is on the board and no driver has been assigned". I offered to change the delivery point to ANY city in Northern California. This went on for 15 days until they refunded my deposit.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Jeff Henenfent is dissatisfied with the service. Contrary to his assertion, Mr. Henenfent did not change his remote location until three days before canceling. We wish Mr. Henenfent lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
