I have used Direct Express Auto Transport two times. Both the times the service was excellent and my car was picked up and delivered the day it was promised. My car was transported from Illinois to California and back within 4 months. I had spoken with Elise & Jessica about the shipment of my Lexus. An email was promptly sent witha Order number, and a driver contacted me within 5 days of my first contact time. The cost of the transporatation of $684 was very resonable as compared to several other providers that I had contacted. The initial brokerage fee in the amount of $159 was collected first, and the remaining amount was collected by the driver. I had called the driver few days in advance of arrival of my vehicle, as I was still on a trip, and he conveyed me the exact day he could be reaching Chicago. The vehicle arrived just in time as promised by the driver. There were no scratches or damage to my Lexus. The car was delivered in 6 days. I was very satisfied with their services and recommend the Direct Express Auto Transport highly.
