I made deposit to have a vehicle shipped from LA to Phoenix...375 miles, about 6 1/2 hour drive.

11 days later the car is still waiting for pick up. My order has been reassigned to different shipping companies twice. Pick up dates extended now 3 times.

No reason such a short shipping distance should have these kind of delays. I could easily have gotten the car myself. Why pay them to waste my time like this? Would never use again. Could never recommend.

I have had cars shipped 3 times now and regret giving my business to Direct Express. Highly disappointing.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Customer Conrad Eenhuis made his vehicle available before actually paying for it and completing the paperwork, so the dealership would not release it. Mr. Eenhuis then called us Thursday to say that his vehicle would be finally ready Friday, and we assigned another driver Monday morning (today). It will be picked up Tuesday, which is really fantastic service. We kindly suggest that Mr. Conrad Eenhuis wait to own a vehicle before trying to ship it. We wish Mr. Eenhuis lots of luck with that and all his future endeavors.
