After Patriot Auto Carriers screwed me over, took down my credit card and personal info, then never got me a truck, or apologized, I made reservations online with Direct Express Auto Tranport who was able to arrange a truck company (Treasured Auto) for me the next morning. Talked to Jim ahead of time who picked up my car Monday evening as planned. My car arrived in Tacoma, WA around 4/5 pm Thursday, but was tentatively planned for noon. Nick delivered my car. Both Jim and Nick demonstrated great customer service, were friendly, and answered my calls immediately informing me of the status of my car. I paid them cash upon delivery. Direct Express Auto Transport will charge a broker fee up front with credit card $150. The cost to Treasured Auto was $350 which has to be paid in money order or cash.
