I had dealt with another transport company to try and set up this vehicle move. I was skeptical for several reasons and decided to try a different company. It is a little unsettling to have someone transport your vehicle and really, it is a shot in the dark.
I was extremely satisfied with several aspects of dealing with your company. First of all, when I called, I actually spoke to a person instead of getting voice mail. Secondly, the person I spoke with was very knowledgable, professional and patient with my many questions. I also like the fact that I was able to pay my deposit with a credit card, making me feel more secure. The driver was prompt, curteous and efficient.
I would use this company again and would highly recommend it.
