I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the car was picked up on the first day I asked for pickup. Because we just sold our house, I had to leave my keys with a neighbor. They said everything on the pick up went fine with no issues. I received a call from the diiver of the truck the day before the delivery indicating an approximate time to deliever the next day. He called a couple of times on the day of delivery to keep me informed of his progress. The experience was excellent and I would recommend and use the company again to transport a vehicle.
