I have no complaints or concerns at all. From my first contact with Direct Connect to the final dropping off of the car, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The company followed through in regard to my questions, etc.
The driver of the transport was excellent. He was personable and professional. He responded to phone calls and kept me advised as to connections for pick up.
