Disappointing attempt to use Direct Connect

Was very disappointed with this service. I signed up on 3/2/19, asking for a Sat, 3/30/19 pic up for my elderly father. As the date got closer, I would call to check. The DAY BEFORE my father's car was to be picked up, nobody could tell me IF it was going to get picked up or when ,The evening of the night before the car was to be picked up, I tried a different company. Then and ONLY THEN, I got a call from Mike, dispatcher with Direct Connect. He yelled at me as to why he was getting calls from other company's asking him to put this car on one of his trucks, he abruptly says to me "Well that company doesn't even have trucks, and your car isn't moving anywhere, it can sit where it is" then immediately hangs up on me. Thanks to this guy Mike, my 85yr old father is now driving his vehicle from Florida to Delaware.
