Charlie with Direct Connect Auto made all arrangments for pick up and delivery. Even though there was a miscommunication with pick up date (originally was to pick up Thursday but instead it was picked up Saturday) the diver was very good and prompt with communication, he made the pick and actually still delivered a day earlier than expected.
