When I first booked with them they choose a Carrier that had bad reviews on this very website. But they did not hesitate to change the Carrier to one that I approved of. My mini van was picked up only 2 days after I booked and delivered to California about a week later. I met the Driver and he was very professional. Overall my expectations were met. I would definately use them again. Thanks to Elizabeth and the rest of the team. Good job!
