My car shipped from Portland to Los Angeles. I communicated primarily with Anthony G - who was very professional and respectful. There was a miscommunication at one point, because the man, Nelkis, who physically delivered my car said that I needed to pay $400 in cash upon delivery. I had already paid in full. After a disconcerting back and forth between myself and Nelkis, I asked him if I could speak with his supervisor. At this point, Nelkis said that HE would call his supervisor and check. He soon called me back and said that I had, in fact, paid the full price. So, this led me to believe that Nelkis was either trying to scam me out of $400 or there was some sort of communication with his superiors.
Anthony called me to sort through this problem, which I greatly appreciated. My previous review, which I am now amending, might be confusing because I referenced "the carrier" being unprofessional. This was Nelkis, not Anthony G. All of the phone and email communications I have with Anthony have been professional and respectful.
I am very happy to have my car! Thank you, Direct Connect Auto Transport.
