Direct Connect Auto Transport was AMAZING!
I worked with Nathaniel (Nate) and the process from start to finish it couldn't have been better.

Please note…I was VERY skeptical of the whole auto transport industry after reading bad reviews for every company I researched. There are terrible reviews and horror stories about ALL the car transport companies out there so I was dreading shipping my beloved car with any of them.I made the right choice with Direct Connect Auto Transport (and Nathaniel).

Made the arrangements with Nathaniel earlier in the week and my car was picked up in Salt Lake City on that Friday afternoon (as planned). It was delivered to Austin on Monday afternoon…3-days...AMAZING! The driver (Tima?), was great and I was so impressed with the overall service.

A note on Nathaniel…he was very helpful on the phone and provided me with all the information I needed. I spoke to a lot of other transport companies for rates and info, but Nate's confidence, knowledge, and telephone voice/tone (so important – but often overlooked in phone sales) made him stand out above the competition.

This was a GREAT experience that I was not expecting.
