I spoke with Marlo from Direct Connect on Saturday and buttoned up my end on Monday around 11am, by 2pm she had a truck at the pick up site and by 6am the next morning I had my vehicle. This is the second time I have used Marlo and DC and I highly recommend them. And the driver Ivan had a new 34 foot two car enclosed that was clean and neat. He was also very friendly, punctual and caring. I give FIVE stars!!
