I was a bit disappointed that it took so long for DC to get a carrier booked. I took a week off work to coordinate shipping my vehicle, but time ran out. I had to rely on the dealership service reps to oversee the pick-up of my vehicle. Consequently, there was damage to my vehicle when it was delivered but I can't prove who's responsible. The damage repair cost will exceed the price I paid to ship my vehicle. I understand that it is probably difficult to find drivers that will come through my small town, but based on how much money I'm going to spend overall I could have arranged a better shipping method.
