After a horrible experience with Castle Luxury Auto Shipping, I contacted Direct Auto Transport to clean up the mess. The first person I spoke with explained to me how auto shipping worked and quoted me a fair and competitive price. I went with a company prior that quoted me a low price but never picked up my car. You certainly get what you pay for and Direct Auto Transport far exceeded my expectations. They were fair, honest, on time and had outstanding communication skills. I was so impressed with Jessica Winters, who communicated with me every step of the way and followed up on every phone call I had with the driver coming to pick up my vehicle. I was also so impressed with the driver of the truck delivering my vehicle. He was so polite and helpful. I was so impressed with the care he had in dropping of my vehicle as well as the flexibility he showed in scheduling a time to arrange the drop off and pick up. This is the third time I've shipped a vehicle and should I ever have a need again I would not hesitate to use Direct Auto Transport. After such an awful experience with another company I was very nervous, Jessica knew that and made sure that everything was taken care of. They far exceeded my expectations and I'm absolutely thrilled I went with them.
