This is a really bad company!!!!!! I would not suggest anyone to this company!!!!!!!!

I got a quote in the middle of June to ask the soonest time to ship my car because I needed my car by the end of June in California. Bryan told me he can have it done and he have it shipped on 17~18 or 20~21, so I put the order in. He told me I had to pay $180 for deposit, however, he charged $255 on my credit card and there was no invoice at all. I called Bryan to ask when would the driver come to pick up my car and he told me the truck was dropping off the other cars in Massachusetts, he would pick up mine afterward. That was 20th in June. Unfortunately, no one ever called me on 20th or 21st to pick up my car. That was a first lie. I told Bryan I had to get on the flight on 22nd because he promised it could be done on 20th or 21st. Then he told me no truck could pick up my car until 24th or 25th. I was so mad! How can he lie to me!!!

Then Bryan told me I can put my car in an auto car so the truck can go there and pick up my car on fri or sat. Actually, I was very frustrated! I didn't know that should I trusted him, however, I did trust him again... Unfortunately, that was a lie again!!!! Bryan still lied to me that my car was on its way to California when I called him on 27th. No truck went there and picked up my car until 28th!!!! However, the driver did not enough money to get my car so he left the auto shop, and my car just sat there since I left. I didn't know there was a storage fee to put my car there and I didn't expect he just lied to me again and again that he didn't even have a truck to get my car, otherwise, I would not trust him and get on the flight.

Until then, I talked directly to the auto shop owner and found out that Bryan was just a liar. He was very irresponsible, dishonest, and sly. He still lied to me that there was a truck in Boston that can pick up my car on 1st of July, but the driver didn't have money to pay for the storage fee. I even promised to pay half of the fee to get it done. Of course it cannot be done because there was no truck at all!!!!

Finally, I was really mad at him because he shouldn't promise something that cannot be done, and I was so stupid that I trusted him again and again. I had to pay $500 more for the storage fee and I need to pay to rent a car because of him. He ruined my plan and my budget. It ended up so complicated that I needed to get the other auto transport to ship my car.
