We scheduled a car pickup for Wednesday since we were flying home on Thursday. We checked on Monday and Tuesday and was informed the transport would arrive between 4 and 6 pm on Wednesday. When we did not hear and they did not arrive we called at 6 pm and was informed the transport would arrive at 8:30 on Thursday. No transport. Again we called at 9 am and stated we needed to know within the next 30 minutes to decide on our options. We were informed the transport would arrive that afternoon. Since that was after we were scheduled to fly home, we cancelled the transport and drove back to Iowa. Mr. James O'Conner informed us that they could not guarantee since they act as an intermediary with the company that assigns the drivers.

We had paid for our airfare which was not refundable. We were not informed in a timely manner to allow us to take the car and key to another location. Also because of the unreliability in their communication with us, we could not comfortably leave and know the car would be picked up.

We would not recommend this company to anyone desiring to transport a vehicle.
