I must say that Martin kept following up with me and even though at first I did not have all the necessary information with respect to pick up of the vehicle, he was understanding and did not waver in the quality of service provided.
Once the pick up date was confirmed, the vehicle was picked up and delivered on- time, and the driver was prompt on communicating the Dock receipt number so that the delivery can be tracked.
I am happy with Direct Auto Carriers, would use them again and recommend them to others.
