I received a quote from Nate for shipping my car for 350$. When I talked to him over the phone for the first time- after setting the pick up window, I specifically stated that my car NEEDS to go before a set date as that was my move date and I would be gone to a different state. It was agreed upon. I received NO call what so ever. I called their office with NO answer on the phone. I somehow was able to get Kevin's number from a website. I then get a call back from Nate saying that the prices have gone up and I NEED to pay 100-150$ more so that a driver would agree to pick my vehicle up. He kept filling in the conversation with "in my experience..." And said that he's not sure if my car pickup will be. Said that it could be "20 days or 2 months". As I was in a helpless and desperate situation- I agreed to this AND there was no call. Finally on the day of my move, I call their office dispatch and they act as if they haven't heard such a pickup was scheduled. Nate calls me back and says that "you're calling my dispatcher and harassing him" and all I did was be respectful when I called asking him about the updates. When I asked about how I was never told that the final price could be higher and felt like I was held in a tight spot- he said that he "never gives a firm answer about the prices" as "he knows how transport business works". This conversation was all about him trying to blame it on me for not paying higher as it was him who quoted me that price!!! I requested a refund which I was promised would happen in 5 business days and it didn't. I had to get my cc company involved. And I had to cancel my flight for the evening. I called another company and had to pay a higher price as it was right then which I didn't mind as the other company was honest about it.
In a nutshell- this company and the person I talked to was extremely unprofessional and NOT honest.
Do NOT trust them as I did looking at the one review here prior to this ordeal which I had to go through.
