I have been called everyday by one of the owners of Diamondline Transport named Nate McMahon and i finally put a deposit down of $150.00. Two weeks later i didnt need the business anymore because the car i wanted had been sold, so i ask for a refund.before i go any further let me just add that the website has a long paragraph on no hassle money back guarantee. So i was told that i would have my refund back in my account within 8 to 10 business days...i waited 20 business days before calling about my refund and i was told that it was sent and that i should call my bank, my bank shows no transactions of any kind from Diamond Line, long story short i was blocked from the phones and all i got was...it was sentno confirfamtion given...nothing at all...i was very respectableno yellingvery professionalat this point im calling everyday to speak with someone else but no one replied back not even the other owner Kevin.so i finally get a call from Nate and he admits to blocking my numberso i tell him that i will be to the office to speak face to face and thats when i was told to shut my mouth and listen to the reasons why he dosent need my $150Nate said that this has never happened beforeso why wouldn't you check the problem so it wouldnt happen to anyone else, instead he blocks me and not help me get back my deposit that i should just take his word and believe that my refund was sent off...now i have to feel out a dispute letter from my bank to try and get my money back another way.moral of the story is do not trust Diamond line Transport because they are a joke..thanks for nothinguy's
