just like most places, pretty good customer service to book a move but after that good luck reaching anyone about the status. I booked a move from Maryland to TX and was told that my car would be delivered on Feb 14, 2011, it is not Feb 23rd and still not heard when my car will be delivered. they cam and picked up my car on Feb 3rd. so from time of pick up to now is been 21 days and they told me 12 days max.

I understand there are issues along the way, but every time I do happen to get someone on the phone, after about 15 tries all I get is they will call me when the car is ready.

I would not use Dependable Auto Shippers again. I did file a BBB complaint due to no one seems to have an answer on when my car is to be delivered.
