Just Ship The Car Yourself

I will never use these people again. If they are your last option, just ship or drive the car yourself; it will be easier, faster, and cheaper. They did not show up on the date they were supposed to. and made no attempt on the day of to get in touch with me. Two weeks later they planned to show up again but never called me with a time the day prior as they had said they would. At 4pm the day prior (still within CA business hours) I spent an hour trying different phone numbers and extensions to reach a person but EVERYTHING went to their 24 hour automated system. When I selected the option to talk to a "customer service representative" the line went dead. When I selected the option to get terminal information in the hopes of finding a local phone number for the office in CA that would be picking up my car I was given the 800 number. I left numerous voicemails with various phone numbers where I could be reached and not only were my calls never returned, but the one time I was able to reach an actual person they had no recollection of the phone numbers I had left them and claimed they couldn't reach me. Then, when they finally did show up to get the car, the incline was so steep on their truck and the driver was so hasty that the back end of the car and the exhaust not only smashed into the ground, but he left it sitting on the exhaust pipe while he went to attached the chains and the straps. I've met a lot of stupid/lazy people in my life, but these people take the cake! Run in the opposite direction as fast as you can!
