I was told it would take 10-14 days to ship the car from California to North Carolina. It wasn't until the car didn't show up that I was told two things.

1) Because the car was picked up on a Sat (9/11) it wouldn't be processed until the following Mon or Tues. With that in mind the DAS computer automatically switched the service to 16 days.

2) When I called, I was told it was running 3 days late.

3) Customer service told me 'tough luck'.
