I received many quotes, but went with this one (the most expensive), because they were recommended by our Allied Mover representative and their Web Site was so professional. They should consider going into designing Web Sites! I did not check out the Consumer Report or I would have known better. They have a history of NOT BEING DEPENDABLE!

I called Bob London, our contact person, when I learned that our car had been shipped around CA, but had not left the state after two weeks. He was apolgetic and said something about their GPS tracker not being correct and that it had already left CA. I do not believe this was truthful and it left me wondering if they even knew where my car was at. My fears mounted as the due date once again came and went.

My car did finally arrive and it appears to be okay, but there are sounds that it now makes that it didn't previously make. We have not had the opportunity to take it to a dealer to check the undercarriage.

I have called Bob London, who did respond by Email saying he sent my voice mail on to customer service. I have never heard from their "Customer Service" even though I responded to the customer service survey asking to have them contact me. I have asked everyone to give me the name of the owner, who is like the Wizard of Oz... all sound and fury hiding behind a curtain. Maybe s/he doesn't know what a rip off service her/ his company is delivering, but I really doubt that. I have waited almost a month before deciding to go public with my unhappiness, in hopes that they would call... but they are NOT dependable!
