Delivery was late by 10 days - which was 59% longer than the estimate. (I know, it's an "estimate", but 59% is a HUGE deviation. Nobody defines an "estimate" to have a 59% margin of error).

Moreover, the tracking system, which they boast about constantly, never worked. As a result, I was led to believe that my car had reached Pennsylvania, while in reality, it languished in California for 2 weeks. I asked the customer service rep, and she rudely responded with "you should know that California to Pennsylvania isn't an overnight drive".

I was never able to track my car, until the last few days of its journey. Their only response to me was "the Qualcomm is out".

I complained, and they told me to use their online submission system. They assured me that the Vice President of their company reads all complaints and responds immediately. Three online submissions and one US Mail correspondence later, I have never heard back from them.

I later contacted the Better Business Bureau in Texas. The BBB informed me that DAS is graded 'F', and the BBB has all but given up on dealing with DAS.

Undependable. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Rude.
