When my car was finally delivered I was not notified that my front tire had been punctured-instead they put the spare tire on and put the tire with the hole in it in the trunk and put the tire cover on it. I drove the car for 6wks with no extra tire. When I found out about the tire I called DAS and filed a claim but it was denied because the claim was not filed within 48 hours (difficult to do since they did not tell me about the damage they had done)! DAS put me at risk while driving at night on the highway with no spare. Their employee hid the damage and they refuse to honor the claim. I would never recommend this company.

Suzann contacted us regarding this matter 6 weeks after she took possession of her vehicle. At the time of receipt, she made no notation of a spare being on the car. In checking our tracking records, we show no reports of any tire issues while the vehicle was in transit. Unfortunately, under these circumstances. DAS cannot determine that this is a transit related issue and cannot accept liability.
