Once DAS has your money, you are at their disposal as to the individuals used for transport and THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WAITING ALL DAY AND NOT EVEN CALL TO UPDATE YOU ON STATUS. I requested a new driver after he hung up on me but was told he was the only driver out of the Fort Myers terminal. That's probably the biggest lie ever. THE SUB CONTRACT DRIVERS ARE PRONE TO BEING BULLIES THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT WHEN YOU GET YOUR CAR. Why should they? They've already been paid.

If you pay for door to door, you might get it at the door. Mine wanted to drop off at the entrance of the subdivision because he must be too incompetent to navigate a neighborhood.

Total disappointment. Once DAS has your money, they subcontract the driving out to god only knows who and the delivery driver I got was rude, uncommunicative and could care less considering he had my cars and been paid.
