When our vehicles were to arrive at our destination Das staff called to inform us that the driver couldn't come down our road to our home. We as customers said that we could drive out and get our vehicles from him they agreed. When we arrived down the road from our home no one was there. The staff said I'm sorry but your vehicle is going 30 miles away from your home and we would need you to pick it up there. We responded we paid you for door service. So we drove to the address given to us 30+ miles away and the vehicle wasn't there. Das staff responded and said they couldn't be of any more assistance and someone would be contacting us in three days. Now we as customers didnt have our vehicle until three days later.
