Kim provided very good customer service. I had waited to the very last minute to book transport for my car and Kim arranged to have the vehicle picked up in just two days. The truck driver had some mechanical difficulties during transport which delayed delivery but was apologetic. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of this company
