From the late pickup to the late delivery everything was bad. I paid over $300 more than competitors were paying as I was assured my car would move on time. It was in conjunction with a military move so time was most important. I was in contact with Beth for several weeks before pick up. Assured everything would be fine. Car was picked up late causing us to delay flights. 3 hours after they left with my car, driver called to say the passenger window was stuck in the down position. They left with all windows up, I watched the truck load! I told him there was no issue and what did I need to do to fix it as it couldnt be left that way the entire 3000 miles. He hung up and called right back saying the window went up with no issues? The day came to deliver my car and I couldnt get anyone to return calls the entire day. The second day I finally reached Leo who said he'd get the car to me when he could, he didnt know when. Later, he said the car would be delivered late the following night. I stated the car could not be delivered onto the naval base after 9 pm. He said that I could accept it whenever it got there or pay late fees upwards of $150 per day there after. I was forced to accept delivery at 11:30 pm on the side of a dark highway. Further, the car was delivered not by the 18 wheeler it was loaded on but a horse trailer being pulled by someone's personal truck! Noticed right away passenger window was broken and had infact been left down entire drive. Car was completely loaded with dirt and road debris. Driver couldnt contact any one to discuss the issue. He stated I should just be happy to have my car at all and if I didnt accept it and sign he would take the car back and he didnt know what would happen there after! I documented damages and sent them invoices for repairs, they have refused any contact with me further what so ever. With the exception of Beth sending me an email stating the condition was unexcuseable and she would look into it. A week later she emailed that they make no guarantees for condtion of vehicles at delivery! UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLIGENCE, AND COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE.

We shipped the car in a closed carrier. Not open. The 300 more was due to that vehicle was moved for a closed price. By the way that rate was 300.00 below market value. The car being late was because the car was not available at the port where the car was picked up and we also payed out 50.00 dollars for the customer. She forgot to mention that as well. We are sorry for her window being cracked open a bit. Yet we are dealing with an older vehicle where the window may have gone down on its own due to vibration over 3000 miles. I am sorry we actually spent 50.00 dollars of our own money to get the car.
