Misrepresentation; no performance

Incredibly disappointing. I arranged for a delivery of my BMW motorcycle from Colorado to California on 12/6/13; to be done by 12/20/13. I was assured it would not be a problem. Shelia took my reservation and promised to call me the next day; never happened. When I instead called them, Shelia hadn't even come in. I spoke to Jerry. I then called every day for 4 consecutive days, and I was continually told it would not be a problem; they would contact me soon, etc. etc. Only when I called on 12/13 did they finally confess that they may not be able to fulfill the order. Of course by then, it was too late to make alternative arrangements. I was even told on 12/13 that Shelia would absolutely call me back no later than 5pm. As I sit at my desk now at 8pm MT/10pm ET, I still have not received a call back. When I checked with other carriers, I was told they could see the order, and that there was no way anyone was going to do it for the price I had been quoted; so apparently, it was never going to happen. I wrote 3 emails to Bob Brotzman, the company owner; first, asking him to look into my concerns, and then later informing him that his company was essentially engaging in consumer fraud. Poor performance; misrepresentations; a complete lack of any concern for their customers; heck of a business model. Save yourself the headache; don't even consider using this company.
