Never had a chance to work on my order

I choose the company because of price and reputation. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Holly. My first concern came when she asked me where Bradenton was located and told me it is difficult to find carriers out of the Florida Keys, the car was 388 miles north of the Keys. My second concern came when she told me to call her later in the afternoon because she often "forgets to call clients back." When I did call back I always received her voice mail. She did return my call, however always told me she hasn't had a chance to open my file yet because she is "extremely swamped" and that I should call her back. She also left me a message, but addressed the call to someone else and asked for a loading #, which I didn't have since my car had not been picked up (4 weeks after order was placed). My final conversation with Holly was the final straw. She spoke to me in a very frustrated manner and with no respect (I had been nothing but patient and understanding since things were out of my control) and promised me that she would put all of her energy into it "today", but then she turned ugly. When I asked her if she could give me an approxament time of pick up or even if this time frame was usual she became irate and told me she works very hard and having to "deal with people like you makes my job very difficult." When I asked what she meant by people like me she informed me I called too often and didn't give her time to work on the order and that I should just go ahead and cancel. I had only called as often because she had told me to call her later and never had any info for me. I finally spoke wit Summer who informed me my file had not been opened since the order came and but she could start it for me at which point I said "Thank you, but no thank you" I can not in good conscious recommend this company.
