I drove from my home in CT to NJ to meet the transport service where the Military shipped my car to. I was told that the Pick-up would occur at 10am. The pickup didn't occur until 1130am. I was told that the delivery would occur "First thing in the morining." The delivery didn't occur untill 1130pm. I had to wait arround all morning and re-arange my schedual so that I could stay at home later than planned.
On the other hand, the driver was curtious, knowlegeable, and professional. The price was almost $100 less then the competitors! I would use them again in a heart beat!
