DIY is very easy to deal with, phone calls answered promptly. First driver fell through because his truck broke down, not the fault of DIY. They immediately got a new trucker to take my car, but this trucker did not know my car was an SUV, so they came to pick it up but turned it down. Third truck was called in and they did the job. The problems discussed above had nothing to do with DIY. DIY was always there to try and get another trucker to step in. All in all the car got moved in a timely manner. Expected it on a Monday, and received it on Wednesday. Everyone is happy.
