WORST COMPANY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DA MULTI-SERVICE. I have evidence and if anyone needed to see the proof are most welcome to contact me so that they know this is real review and not any paid review.

Please dont use this company. I transferred my vehicle from FL to NC in March 2015 and had worst experience with the company. They damaged my car and on top of it delivered it late late dark cold night to me in NC so i was not able to inspect the vehicle and next day i found there was Big Dent on roof on my Car. My car is new Hyundai sonata 2013. I called them next day morning and they refused to file claim as i had signed BOL document. I find this really frustrating and annoying. I had to bear huge loss and this company cheated my so my advise to all please dont use this carrier even they have good ratings in BBB and that was the reason i had selected them for my move. First thank you for taking the time of your busy day to acknowledge that we exist... You contacted a broker... Not us, the contract we carried thru the broker is to collect a signature at delivery... So we did... There was no damage at time of delivery, that's why you sign... We deliver the vehicle at the time and date you requested...
