Penny was awesome! The customer service was above and beyond. The 1st driver had to cancel due to his load being canceled in my area, and Penny came in on a Sunday to find me another transporter. The whole process was painless. Penny and both drivers were great and kept me informed of any changes! I would definitely recommend them!
