Customer service representative (Marge) communication was good. It was picked up and delivered earlier than expected. Driver communicated well regarding location for pick up and deliver the car. I am happy with their service they provided. I have only one concern that after finding the driver prices was increased and I was told original price was system generated. Though Crystal quote was 3rd lowest but I have chosen them for their good reputation and customer service communication and over all service review
