I just want to say thank you to Ella, because of her my family felt like we were given 5/5 star service and that we weren’t just anyone. She made sure to let us know what was happening with every step and discuss things that might need to change with the shipping. Best person we could have had hands down she put our minds at ease and really helped us relax during a stressful time.
