I was very worried at first just because I had a bad experience with a different shipping company but Christine Walter was amazing. She put all my worries to rest. She communicated with me the whole process explaining everything in detail and was always available when I had questions. I received one quote and it never changed. Even after I received my vehicle she reached out to make sure all went well. I will definitely use Crystal Car Shipping again because of the amazing customer service I received.
